Congresso tenta recriar PL do Licenciamento Ambiental por meio de emendas à MP, diz Observatório do Clima

Das 833 emendas apresentadas à MP 1.308, 74% retomam pontos vetados por Lula e 80% representam retrocessos, segundo o Observatório do Clima. O Congresso Nacional recebeu 833 propostas de emenda à Medida Provisória 1.308/2025, que trata do chamado Licenciamento Ambiental Especial. Segundo nota técnica divulgada nesta quinta-feira (18) pelo Observatório do Clima, 74% dessas emendas reintroduzem trechos vetados pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva no PL 2.159 — a chamada Lei Geral do Licenciamento Ambiental, apelidada pelos ambientalistas de “PL da Devastação”. A análise mostra ainda que 80% das emendas representam retrocessos na legislação ambiental.
